Our Irish dance school will be hosting the first Irish dance competitions under the auspices of An Chomhdhail (Congress of Irish Dance Teachers) in 2022.

The “Rocket City Feis” will be held May 14, 2022 and the “Feile Clear Lake” competition will be held Dec. 17, 2022.

We offering remote learning opportunities for Irish dance, music and language from both our staff of teachers and musicians, along with special guest instructors from around the globe.

These lessons are offered live for Houston/Galveston area residents and also those around the world who want to learn from the comfort of their studio or living room! Come join our award-winning classes and learn Irish dance, music and basic Irish language classes in a fun, supportive environment by former southern region champion Richard Tew and special Irish musical guest teachers.

This class is for teens and adults with at least a novice level understanding of violin/fiddle. No dance experience is required. The class will be 1.5 hours and start with learning a piece of music and Irish names of music, etc, then the back half of class will be learning introductory Irish dance steps. These classes will also be streamed via Zoom video for those who want to learn but are not in the Houston area. We plan to have a small performance at the end of the year to show what the students have learned.
